At KORFS – the Clinic of Orthodontics, Regenerative and Forensic Dentistry, LFUK (formerly Sangre azul), we are launching an affordable treatment program thanks to our AI application StrojCHECK.
20 insured patients of the Union and Dôvera health insurance funds from families in a difficult social situation – free treatment with a fixed appliance (Daemon/Damon® system). Another 60 insured patients – with a symbolic co-payment. Free initial consultations are conducted by orthodontic residents and PhD candidates of Comenius University under the supervision of experienced orthodontists.
How it works:

Call or email us, we will arrange an appointment and send you an online form (0948 480 886 • asist@korfs.sk).

You fill out a short StrojCHECK questionnaire – the AI helps us quickly and fairly determine treatment priority and suitability.

We discreetly verify the basic criteria (Union/Dôvera insurance, social situation, indication criteria). At the free consultation appointment, if the conditions are met, we will enroll you in the program.
Who the program is for:

Insured patients of Union or Dôvera.

Families in a difficult social situation (discreet verification; without stigma, with respect).

Indication for a fixed appliance as determined by the doctor.
